If you never grapple with it, won't it always be there, lurking, exercising its influence in unknown ways ... I haven't read much in the reformed tradition, but I thought Gura's bio of Edwards was beautiful and outstanding. It gave me a deeper connection with my American Protestant roots (cradle Catholic myself). Fred It seems kind of sad that you would be bored by your own reformed tradition. I haven’t read much in the reformed tradition, but I thought Gura’s bio of Edwards was beautiful and outstanding. It gave me a deeper connection with my American Protestant roots (cradle Catholic myself).
