Manifesto:

Ideas have consequences.
Believed ideas have to be enacted, put to good use.

I am caught between theory and activism. I am pursuing a theological education that didn’t properly start until I left bible school.
I am finishing up a degree in liberal studies at Portland State - a degree I started ten years ago. Since then, I have had, as a major, philosophy, linguistics, biblical languages, theology, and english. Right now I am interested in cultural studies and mythologies. My working life has been just as diverse: Pastor, barista, faculty member, tutor, and now, woodworker.
I am working on a theology: A life according to god’s economic and political programme. A life of redemption and reconciliation: these were freely accorded to me, I must respond in kind. Redemption and Reconciliation for broken relationships, a broken socio-economic system, broken ideas, and a broken and groaning ecosphere.
