I am sitting here at Stumptown, taking a break in between errands enjoying a cup of some of the world’s best coffee (which only cost a buck), looking out onto Belmont and getting my email thanks to free, Personal Telco provided, internet. I even get a free re-fill.
Oh, and the sky is blue. Glorious.

While playing around on the PowerBook, I discovered (via Sherlock) that there are Twenty-One (!) Starbucks locations within two (2!) miles of my house. Is this really necessary? The closest location A whole .04 miles away, and, yes, I can see it from my apartment.

If you are wondered if I had wandered into oblivion, I am still here. I’m feeling kinda busy, though. I’ll write more when I come up again for air. I just got back from working at starbucks. It was a bummer night; we were way under-staffed. Consequently we were harried, customers did not receive the attention they deserved (or the attention we are required to give them), and we stayed an hour past when we were supposed to leave. One Coffee a day can make you an addict (I wonder what my current coffee intake will make me?!) |
